What workers will learn
After completing the course, workers should be better prepared to:
• recognise common psychosocial hazards and examples relevant to Australian workplaces;
• understand how exposure can affect psychological and physical health and safety;
• know how and where to raise concerns and participate in workplace consultation; and
• understand the roles of workers, managers and the organisation in controlling psychosocial risk.
Course format:
• approximately 45 minutes of self-paced learning
• 24 bite-sized lessons across five topics
• interactive knowledge checks and a final assessment with an 80% pass mark
• certificate on successful completion
