After completing the course, managers and supervisors should be better prepared to:

• Understand how leadership and work design influence psychosocial risks.
• Monitor actions and identify when further support is needed.

The course includes industrial workplace scenarios, a final assessment with an 80% pass mark and a certificate on successful completion.
