    What your managers will be equipped to do

    After completing the course, managers and supervisors should be better prepared to:

    • recognise how psychosocial hazards arise through work design, workload, fatigue, role clarity and workplace interactions;
    • respond consistently when concerns are raised;
    • consult, document and escalate issues appropriately; and
    • identify practical controls and know when specialist support may be required.

    Course format:
    • 90–120 minute self-paced learning
    • 10 structured modules
    • 5+ manager decision scenarios
    • certificate on completion

    For organisations, team licensing, client-managed seats, completion reporting, hosted delivery and SCORM options are available. Training is an important foundation within a broader psychosocial WHS risk management approach and does not replace risk assessment, worker consultation or effective workplace controls.
